Savory Lavender Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

For all those seeds left over from your pie pumpkins or jack-o-lanterns, here’s a great savory use for all those left over seeds!

Ingredients

1 cup      Cleaned pumpkin seeds

1 Tbsp    Monte-Bellaria Olive Oil

1 tsp       Monte-Bellaria Lavender Herb Salt

 

 

Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 350 F (Convection) or 365 F (Regular Oven)

In a small bowl mix all ingredients

Spread out on a lightly greased baking sheet

Bake 20 minutes.

Cook before eating!

Refrigerate leftover seeds in an airtight container for up to two weeks (like THAT’s going to happen.)
