This eye pillow features an inner pillow filled with California organic rice and Monte-Bellaria organic lavender buds with an outer, Italian cotton, washable cover for ultimate comfort during mediation or restorative naps. Washable Cover Pillow: Hand wash in warm water; dry on cool setting. Iron using “cotton” setting. Do NOT wash inner pillow.
