POLICY

Monte-Bellaria will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unaltered and free of damages by the customer.  For a full refund or exchange, minus shipping charges, mail out your item with a copy of your receipt within 21 days from the date of the original purchase.  Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 21 days from the date of the original order.  Items must be returned in their original packaging.  Merchandise should be mailed to:
