Weekend Along The Farm Trails Oct 14 – Oct 15, 2017 | 10am to 4pm
During this fragrance workshop, visitors will learn how lavender is grown, harvested, dried and distilled to produce essential oil and hydrosol. Participants will learn about the different types of “lavenders” and why they produce different scent profiles.
In addition, we will have an exhibit from the Sonoma County Beekeepers’ Association and will discuss the importance of pollinators and beekeeping in our ecosystem.
